The OpenMind Project
IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY, CALL OR TEXT 988 OR VISIT THEIR WEBSITE
About Us
Our goal is to help remove the stigma surrounding mental health. We plan to do this by spreading awareness about mental health to children and by creating an online community where teenagers and young adults struggling with mental health can understand each other. Teenagers and young adults across the country and world can connect with each other by sharing their stories. Our website offers helpful resources on mental health to teenagers and young adults, with the goal to break the stigma surrounding mental health and help relieve stress.

We provide a unique perspective as our organization is comprised of teenagers who have gone through mental issues and understand how difficult it is to ask for help.

This website exists to connect people with mental health resources. Please note we are not medical professionals.
